I so enjoy speaking with Marie Deveaux, and she generously invited me to join here for a recorded conversation about how Curiosity plays are roll in Collaborating under complexity and ambiguity.

Here is the question:

Do we need a word other than “leadership” to describe how a group of people engage and act in order to bring about a positive outcome? Leadership tends to bring a connotation of “follow the leader,” “learn from the leader,” and even, “obey and don’t question the leader.”
